What materials are used in your jewelry?
Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials such as sterling silver, gold plating, stainless steel and carefully selected gemstones. Each piece is precision-designed to be both durable and elegant, so you can enjoy it for years to come.
What is your return policy?
You can return an item within 30 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in its original condition. Personalized or custom jewelry is unfortunately not eligible for return. Please contact our customer service to start a return process.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. We also offer expedited shipping options during checkout so you can get your order even faster.
Do you also ship abroad?
